About The Position

CADDIE MASTER is hiring a Full-Time Caddie Manager Apprentice at Kiawah Island Club. This position offers a career path in golf operations and management, starting at Kiawah Island Club as an Assistant Caddie Manager while completing a structured apprenticeship program. The program is designed to develop the skills needed to advance within CADDIE MASTER. Upon successful completion, apprentices will continue as Assistant Caddie Managers with opportunities to advance to Caddie Manager positions. This is an entry-level management role with significant growth potential. Apprentices will be paid as full-time employees and be eligible for benefits. Candidates must be willing and able to relocate to another club within the CADDIE MASTER portfolio, typically within 2–6 months of employment, for continued employment and career advancement.

Requirements

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
Basic golf knowledge.
A passion for the game of golf.
Willingness to relocate within the first 2–6 months of employment.

Responsibilities

Work full-time as an Assistant Caddie Manager at Kiawah Island Club, learning directly from experienced Caddie Managers.
Participate in a 6-week online training program that provides in-depth instruction on CADDIE MASTER's systems, processes, and management philosophy, including readings, assignments, and weekly meetings with company leadership.
Develop the operational, leadership, and administrative skills needed to become a successful Caddie Manager.
Build strong relationships with golfers and caddies while helping create a positive, professional, and team-oriented environment.
Prepare for future placement opportunities at other CADDIE MASTER-managed clubs across the country.
