ROLE OVERVIEW We are looking for a CADD Designer to join our Canton, OH Water Resources team. In this role, you will contribute to a variety of water and wastewater projects, drive profitability, and collaborate with a team of driven professionals in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum Associate of Science in drafting or a related field required
  • 1–3 years of experience as a CADD Designer desired
  • Intermediate knowledge of Civil 3D, preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary setting
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Create technical drawings and plans for water/wastewater systems, stormwater/sewer systems, and various treatment plants
  • Lead design projects including public water and sewer design
  • Collaborate with engineers to develop optimal plans for clients
  • Participate as an active member of the QA/QC team, providing feedback as needed
  • Operate independently within a deadline-driven environment
