CAD Technician - Land Surveying

Our Land Surveying team does it all, from ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys to topographic and boundary surveys, to hydrographic, transportation and utility route surveys, to right-of-way services and construction staking.
Requirements
- Fluent in Civil3D (current versions)
- Fluent in Autodesk AutoCAD (current versions)
- 3 or more years of CAD experience relating to survey and/or civil engineering
- Knowledge of other related software (Trimble Business Center, GIS, etc.)
- Experience with scanning or other non-traditional surveying technologies
Nice To Haves
- OpenRoads Designer experience a plus
- ALTA/NSPS Land Title and Location Control Route Survey Experience is a plus
- Right of Way Parcel Plats and Legal Descriptions a plus
- Right of Way Engineering Plan Development a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide construction staking calculations to field crew
- Process field data into topographic surveys and ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys
- Prepare exhibits, layout property and easement descriptions.
- Download LiDAR and aerial photography from public domain site
- Other duties as assigned
