About The Position

Front Range Stone, a Division of Patrick Industries, serves the entire state and is one of Colorado’s largest and most established custom countertop and commercial surface fabricators offering a breadth of countertop products including Granite, Quartz, Solid Surface, and Laminate. The CAD Review Specialist will work with Automation programs to create drawings as requested, review design information, site plans, and manuals to determine critical dimensions of design. This role involves conferring with design staff to determine design requirements, modifications, and issues, and coordinating with other team members to accomplish required tasks. The specialist will perform calculations to produce design information necessary to create Contract, Fabrication drawings, and Bill of Material, working independently with minimal supervision. Responsibilities also include maintaining project drawing files, drawing library, and associated records and documentation per company policies, and assisting on interpreting shop drawings. Any other tasks assigned by Management will also be part of the role.

Requirements

Experience in countertop industry preferable in installation
Experience in AUTOCAD preferred
Knowledge of installation of counter-tops
Ability to communicate with Project Coordinators to ensure accuracy of project scope.
Ability to work well in a Team Environment
