About The Position

Baresque is seeking a detail-driven CAD Designer with a strong foundation in SolidWorks and AutoCAD to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate is passionate about bringing concepts to life and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role involves creating 2D/3D CAD drawings, translating sketches into production-ready designs, and preparing files for manufacturing. The CAD Designer will also develop client-ready drawings, ensure accuracy in design outputs, and collaborate with production for seamless execution. Additionally, the role requires coordinating with clients and distributors for order processing and maintaining clear communication across teams.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with SolidWorks
• 2+ years of experience using AutoCAD (2D & 3D)
• 3+ years of CAD drafting in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to read and interpret architectural plans
• Familiarity with generating files for CNC cutting machines
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work independently
• A team player mindset and willingness to learn new design software
