You’ll gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to real-world manufacturing challenges while building a strong technical foundation. Typical growth opportunities may include: CAD Designer II / Senior CAD Designer – Expanded responsibility for complex assemblies, tolerance analysis, and cross-functional projects. Design Engineer / Mechanical Engineer – Transition into engineering roles with increased design ownership and analysis. Technical Specialist – Deep expertise in CAD standards, GD&T, manufacturability, or product platforms. Project or Lead Roles – Opportunity to support project leadership, mentoring junior designers, or driving design best practices.
