Requirements

Associate degree or certification in Drafting, CAD Technology, or relevant experience.
Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop or similar platforms.
Strong understanding of technical drawing standards and conventions.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to interpret engineering and architectural plans.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Nice To Haves

Proficient in AutoCAD 2026 software.
Proficient in Microsoft 365, Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.
Familiarity of Revit
Some knowledge of AI, CoPilot, ChatGPT
Knowledge of project management software or document control systems.

Responsibilities

Develop and revise detailed CAD drawings based on sketches and verbal instructions.
Collaborate with Manager and Implementation Project Managers to ensure drawings meet project requirements and standards.
Maintain organized drawing files and documentation for ongoing and completed projects.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, company procedures, and applicable codes.
Perform quality checks on drawings to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies.
Learn and work in the CMMS system and modules, CMS View and Space Manager, to understand processes.
Using internal tools to run processes that create final products for the projects.
Working with PDF’s, DXF’s to load in our internal tools for the CMS View and Space Manager final product.
May travel for onsite surveys.

Strong communication skills with Management, Team Lead and team members.
