Requirements

Ability to read and interpret complex work instructions and job travelers.
Proficiency in using precision measuring tools like calipers and cutters.
Strong oral communication skills with a focus on active listening and seeking clarification.
A consistent track record of punctuality, accountability, and meeting productivity standards.
The ability to multi-task and pivot between different product setups as production needs change.
Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb for extended periods.
Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, machinery, and varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

Assemble: Twist and cable primary conductors together using specialized industrial equipment.
Verify: Act as your own "Quality Inspector" by measuring diameters and gauges with calipers.
Document: Keep perfect records of your work to ensure every reel meets our high standards.
Lead: Maintain your workspace and ensure products are wrapped and ready for the next stage of production.
Safety: Follow proper safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout and the use of PPE.
