About The Position
MasterTech is in search of Construction/Cabling Foreman's and Lead Technicians to join a fast growing installation company in the Los Angeles area. Join a company that offers career growth and many opportunities to learn other aspects of the business. The Foreman will lead and direct teams of 2 to 8 technicians on daily install activities as well as layout, labeling standards and QC terminations and testing. As well, you will be the face of the company and managing client interactions while on site.
Requirements
- 5 years' cabling experience
- 1+ years of experience leading a crew
