About The Position

Associates who are in the position of Wirer must maintain Qualified status as a condition of employment in this position. The Qualification Process requires an associate successfully complete the Wiring Class and a 30-day evaluation period. Qualification for Wiring is good for three years. The associate may perform Wiring duties under the guidance of a “buddy” until completion of the wiring qualification process. Wiring Qualification expires after three years and Re-Qualification must take place. If an associate is not working in a Wiring capacity for one year or longer, he/she will no longer be considered Qualified, and he/she must become Re-Qualified in order to assume a Wiring position in the future. Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Must maintain Qualified status as a condition of employment.
• Successfully complete the Wiring Class and a 30-day evaluation period.
• Must become Re-Qualified if not working in a Wiring capacity for one year or longer.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• No temporary visas such as E, F-1, H-1, H-2, L, B, J, or TN.
• No need for sponsorship for work authorization now or in the future.
