About The Position

This is a Cable installation technician position. We provide training and orientation at $15 Dollars per hour. After orientation, we provide a company truck and tools at no expense to you. We pay weekly. This is a full-time W2 position. The average installer earns an average of $800 per week with potential to earn more as you get better at the job.

Requirements

Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
Ability to safely operate hand and power tools.
Ability to climb ladders and work at heights of up to 30 feet.
Ability to lift and carry up to 85 lbs.
Ability to work in tight spaces, including attics and crawl spaces.
Must be available to work weekends, as well as occasional evenings, extended hours, and holidays based on business needs.

Nice To Haves

Prior broadband or cable installation experience is helpful but not required for mechanically inclined candidates.
Experience as a handyman, carpenter, installer, technician, machinist, or similar trade is a plus.
Mechanically inclined and enjoy hands-on work.
Experience using hand and power tools.
Comfortable working on ladders and at heights.
Learn by doing, understand how things work, and can troubleshoot problems.

Responsibilities

Install, relocate, service, and troubleshoot internet, cable, telephone, and alarm services at customer locations.
Follow company installation, safety, and customer service standards.
Safely operate and maintain tools and equipment.
Keep your vehicle organized and properly stocked with necessary equipment.
Complete required reports and service documentation accurately.
