About The Position

Eaton’s ES GEIS BLD division is currently seeking a Cable Tray Fabrication Operator- 3rd Shift. The hourly rate for this position is $21.94 with $0.60 shift differential per hour. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Only candidates that currently reside within the immediate geographical area of Sherman, TX will be considered.

Nice To Haves

• Able to read, interpret blueprints, and use simple measuring tools.

Responsibilities

• Set up, understand, and safely & proficiently operate fabrication equipment.
• Troubleshoot various and appropriate machine problems.
• ID and tag shop orders with product. Retrieve/enter data into system.
• Ensure quality and proper documentation on all parts.
• Maintain components and supplies as required to operate efficiently.
• Fabricate based on print specifications.
• Perform daily 5S & participate in Continuous Improvement activities.
• Rotate to various machines as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned.
