About The Position

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of low voltage cabling or fiber
• Experience with cable installation, splicing, or termination
• Familiarity with telecom hand tools
• Ability to read floor plans and wiring schematics
• Understanding of cable testing and wiring standards
• Strong attention to safety
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Solid communication and customer service skills
• Willingness to learn and take direction from senior technicians

Nice To Haves

• Candidates who already know how to properly terminate cables and label cleanly

Responsibilities

• Pulling, routing, and installing Cat5, Cat6, and fiber cables
• Performing terminations, labeling, and testing
• Reading and following floor plans and wiring diagrams
• Building and maintaining MDF/IDF closets
• Supporting service jobs and ensuring clean, organized workspaces
• Following strict data center safety and operational standards
