Cable Technician 1 - Entry Level!
About The Position
Seeking motivated individuals eager to learn, work hard, and build valuable technical skills in the booming data center and telecommunications industry. No prior data center experience is required. Hands-on training and opportunities to grow into advanced technician roles are provided. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with construction, warehouse, manufacturing, military, landscaping, electrical helper, or general labor backgrounds who want to learn a skilled trade. As a Cable Technician, you'll work alongside experienced professionals to help build and support critical infrastructure inside some of the world's most advanced data centers.

Nice To Haves
- Construction, warehouse, manufacturing, or general labor experience
- Experience using basic hand tools
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Telecommunications, cabling, or electrical experience
Responsibilities
- Learn to install Cat6 and fiber optic cabling.
- Assist with cable pulling, routing, and labeling.
- Help build telecommunications and equipment rooms.
- Install equipment racks, cabinets, patch panels, and cable management systems.
- Support installation of cable tray, wireway, conduit, and other infrastructure.
- Learn industry best practices for network and data center installations.
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Work both inside and outside as projects require.
