We are actively hiring Entry-Level Low Voltage Cable Technicians to join a growing team supporting large-scale data center and commercial telecom projects. This is a hands-on role where you’ll gain valuable experience working with Cat5/Cat6 cabling, fiber, and structured cabling installations in a fast-paced environment. Requirements

• Entry-level candidates welcome – training provided
• Basic knowledge or interest in cabling, telecom, or construction
• Ability to work with hand tools and in active job site environments
• Strong attention to detail, especially with terminations and labeling
• Ability to read or learn floor plans and wiring schematics
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Commitment to safety and reliability

Nice To Haves

• Cat5 / Cat6 installation
• Fiber optic cabling
• Cable terminations and testing
• Data center or commercial construction environments

Responsibilities

• Install, pull, route, and secure low-voltage cabling (Cat5, Cat6, fiber)
• Perform cable terminations, labeling, and testing
• Read and interpret blueprints, floor plans, and wiring diagrams
• Assist with building and organizing MDF/IDF closets
• Dress and manage cables to maintain clean and professional installations
• Use basic telecom tools (crimpers, punch-down tools, testers, etc.)
• Support service calls and small project work when needed
• Follow all job site safety protocols and guidelines
• Communicate effectively with team members and leadership
