About The Position

The role involves performing moderately complex cable builds and repairs for ESP cable, including high voltage testing, splicing, repairs, and spooling. The work schedule is from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. on a rotating basis. This position is deemed safety-sensitive and may be subject to drug testing. The company emphasizes safety, training, and personal protection.

Requirements

• 1 years of experience in ESP experience
• Basic troubleshooting skills for electrical equipment
• Basic computer skills with programs like Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to read and write English
• Accuracy and Attention to detail
• Interact politely and professionally with customers and/or coworkers
• Ability to work under general supervision
• Effectively present information and respond to questions
• Intermediate verbal and written communication skills
• Action-oriented for delivering results
• Customer-first mindset
• Successful planning, priority setting, informing, results, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform moderately complex cable builds and repairs for ESP cable
• Perform High voltage testing of ESP cable
• Perform splicing to ESP cable
• Perform repairs to ESP cable
• Perform spooling of ESP cable
• Able to complete required testing documentation
