About The Position

All Native Group is seeking an Entry Level Cable Installer to work as part of a crew performing various tasks such as pulling, terminating, and testing copper, installing cable and various other types of cable support hardware. This position requires a technical or mechanical aptitude and/or experience and a capacity to learn through on-the-job instructions. The role involves assisting the Crew Leader and Senior Cable Installers, installing cabling and associated infrastructure, performing cable terminations, pulling, and testing. The installer will learn to effectively utilize work scheduling to maximize crew efficiency and understand current installation procedures. A key requirement is the ability to differentiate colors for termination color coding and the capacity to stay on feet for long periods.

Requirements

  • Must be willing and able to learn and retain information
  • Must be able to work independently and in team environments
  • Able to read construction drawings and other project documents
  • Good oral and written communication skill
  • 1+ years of experience in telecommunication infrastructure installation
  • 1 year Experience with Wiring and Cabling
  • High school diploma/GED, military electronic specialization schools, or trade school certification.
  • A clean driving record is required, and candidate must provide a DMV record upon offer of employment.
  • Must possess or be able to obtain/maintain a SECRET security clearance
  • All new hires must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities
