About The Position
The Service Technician is responsible for performing cabinetry service, repair, and adjustment work at customer and job-site locations. This position diagnosis and resolves issues involving cabinetry, molding, trim, hardware, and related components while providing professional and responsive customer service.
Requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid drivers license with the ability to meet company motor vehicle standards.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to read and interpret measurements, specifications and project documentation.
- Ability to follow installation guidelines.
Nice To Haves
- Minimum of one (1) year of cabinetry service work, cabinetry installation, and/or finish cabinetry experience preferred.
- Experience with homebuilders.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Follow established safety/OSHA rules to maintain a safe and clean workplace environment.
- Ability to understand and install cabinetry per layout.
- Work with deadlines to complete the scheduled tasks.
- Must have all tools to complete the job as required (cordless tools plus).
- Ability to work with and around other trades while completing work.
- Must have a cell phone.
- Reliable transportation.
