Requirements

Service work experience
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional customer service skills
Willingness to learn carpentry methods and techniques
Ability to use and read a tape measure to the 16th of an inch with accuracy and precision

Nice To Haves

Prior cabinet installation or trim experience
Carpentry skills, proficiency in using electric and hand powered carpentry tools

Responsibilities

Perform service work on existing homes and new construction sites.
Perform cabinet-related installation, carpentry, and repair work.
Perform hardware installation.
Review and follow all job plans and instructions as listed in our internal tracking system.
Track and update job status in our Internal Tracking System.
Observe operation of tools and equipment assigned to ensure proper maintenance and safe operation.
Coordinate repairs of tools and equipment as needed.
Maintain and operate equipment in accordance with operating manuals and procedures.
Maintain your assigned work area in a high state of cleanliness/readiness.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
