Requirements
- 2-5 years cabinet carpentry and maintenance experience required
- Experience working with customers providing excellent customer service
- Great communication and ability to conduct training programs
Nice To Haves
- Specialized knowledge of cabinetry construction and installation preferred
Responsibilities
- Read cabinet layouts and measure for add-ons, replacements, and accessories.
- Install, adjust, and repair cabinetry, including trim, moldings, and finishes.
- Walk and grade homes weekly, creating accurate work orders to close jobs.
- Communicate clearly with builders and internal teams on work status and timelines.
- Train new technicians and guide apprentices to become field-ready.
