About The Position
Statewide Remodeling, a Renuity Company, is seeking experienced individuals for 1099 Cabinet Refacing roles. Renuity aims to revolutionize the home improvement industry by making renovations faster, easier, and stress-free. This role involves installing home remodeling products according to company standards, applying finish work, ensuring customer satisfaction, and completing job checklists with homeowners. The position requires treating homeowners and their property with respect.
Requirements
- 3 years of remodeling, carpentry or construction experience
- Knowledge of residential cabinet installation, refacing, and laminate
- Must have experience with trim and finish carpentry
- Established LLC or Business
- Worker's compensation and general liability insurance
- Great communication and customer service skills with the ability to clearly communicate with homeowners and team members
Nice To Haves
- Prefer crews with vehicle that can transport materials to job site
Responsibilities
- Install home remodeling products according to Statewide standards and procedures
- Apply finish work as needed for every application
- Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments
- Complete job checklist with homeowner at completion
- Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect
