We are looking for a skilled Custom Refacing Installer with experience in kitchen cabinet refacing, particularly in replacing cabinet doors and applying Laminate refacing materials to the fronts and sides of cabinets. Requirements

Proven experience in kitchen cabinet refacing with LAMINATE. Minimum of 10 jobs experience is required.
Ability to measure, cut, and install materials with precision.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Tools and vehicle large enough to carry materials to job sites.

Responsibilities

Install refacing materials on cabinets, including applying veneer and laminates to cabinet exteriors.
Replace cabinet doors and drawer faces, ensuring precise alignment and fit.
Ensure all work is performed to Art of Drawers’ standards for quality and customer satisfaction.
Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure a seamless and professional experience.
