About The Position

Cabinet & Millwork Installer Montreal / Greater Montreal Area (contract-based) About Moralia Moralia is a Canadian luxury millwork and interior design brand. We design and manufacture refined kitchens, closets, wall systems, and architectural interiors for discerning clients who value precision, refinement, and timeless design across both residential and commercial environments. We approach every project with exceptional care, precision, and discipline. Our work is design-led, technically rigorous, and executed to a high standard on site. The Role We are seeking an experienced Cabinet & Millwork Installer to support Moralia's projects across the Montreal and Greater Montreal area on a contract basis. This role is suited to an installer who understands that installation is the final expression of the work and takes responsibility for fit, alignment, protection, and presentation. You will install high-end custom millwork in luxury residential and select commercial environments, working independently or in small teams, often in finished spaces where care and judgment are critical.

Requirements

• 3+ years of millwork and cabinet installation experience
• Strong understanding of how high-end millwork is constructed
• Experience installing kitchens, closets, wall systems, and built-ins
• Comfort working in finished luxury homes and active job sites
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and plans
• Strong attention to detail and finish quality
• Reliable, punctual, and self-directed
• Valid RBQ licence (Régie du bâtiment du Québec) — mandatory
• Minimum $2,000,000 commercial general liability insurance — mandatory
• Installer must supply their own tools and equipment
• Ability to manage time and scope independently

Nice To Haves

• Experience with high-end residential or design-driven projects
• Background in cabinetmaking or shop fabrication
• Experience troubleshooting site conditions and custom fit solutions

Responsibilities

• Installing custom cabinetry and architectural millwork on site
• Reviewing drawings and site conditions prior to installation
• Ensuring precise fit, alignment, and detailing
• Protecting finished surfaces, floors, and surrounding trades
• Coordinating professionally with clients, designers, and site teams
• Identifying and communicating site issues clearly and proactively
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and respectful job site
• Representing Moralia professionally in client environments
