About The Position

Surface Experts is a national brand seeking a technician for a summer project focused on cabinet refresh processes for a local client. This project runs from May through early August. The role involves working with your hands in a fast-paced environment, utilizing a specific cabinet refresh process. The company emphasizes learning a new trade, providing necessary tools and training, and fostering a supportive work environment. They aim to solve customer problems by reducing waste and investing in strong relationships.

Requirements

• Experience in cabinetry or carpentry.
• Backgrounds in cabinetry, fine woodworking, or carpentry will be helpful in accomplishing detailed wood repairs.
• Ability to manage your own schedule.
• Customer service experience.
• Excellent work ethic.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with your hands - This could be in construction, manufacturing, painting, or even a personal hobby.
• Experience working in facilities maintenance can be a big plus, but is not required.

Responsibilities

• Work quickly and efficiently to refresh cabinets in each unit on the client's jobsite daily.
• Display world-class customer service.
• Communicate with the support team with questions.
