This position plays a key role in installing custom cabinetry, communicating with homeowners, and transforming living spaces. We’re looking for a Lead Installer / Carpenter who wants more than just a job — someone who wants to build a career, grow their skillset, and be part of a winning team .

Requirements

2+ years of carpentry, finish work, or installation experience (custom cabinetry or remodeling experience is a big plus)
Strong attention to detail — you care about getting it right the first time
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a hands-on environment
Reliable, professional, and takes ownership of their work
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude

Nice To Haves

custom cabinetry or remodeling experience is a big plus

Responsibilities

Install custom cabinetry, closets, and garage systems with a high level of precision
Lead projects on-site and ensure jobs are completed to company standards
Deliver a professional, high-end customer experience in clients’ homes
Problem-solve on-site challenges with a solutions-first mindset
Follow all company safety standards and installation processes
