We are hiring Installers to support our designers and customers in the Huntsville and Birmingham area. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their craftsmanship, works well as part of a team, and is comfortable working in customers’ homes. A typical week is about 40 hours but there will be times that more will be required.

Requirements

Valid Driver's License
Excellent communication abilities (verbal and written)
extended periods of walking, standing, stooping and lifting up to 20-50 lbs consistently
willingness to cross-train
team player
Excellent trim carpenter skills and interpersonal communications.

Responsibilities

Perform skilled carpentry work to install custom storage systems such as closets, cabinets, offices, garages, and other spaces in customer's homes.
Utilize company provided CAD drawings/blueprints to properly and efficiently install systems.
Assemble and install systems of varying complexity.
Assist in the removal and installation of materials in customer homes.
Maintain shop tools and equipment in safe working order.
Install systems independently or with team members depending on the size of the job.
Provide a high level of customer service for in-home installations.
Install materials safely and maintain safety standards at all times.
Responsible for driving to and from customer sites and maintaining company provided vehicles in a safe manner
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.
