Requirements
- Minimum five years’ experience required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
Nice To Haves
- Experience in improving company processes for efficiency and quality control is beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Spraying a wide range of coatings such as post catalyzed lacquer, pre catalyzed lacquer, waterborne lacquers, toners, stains, along with latex and oil-based paints
- Clean and maintain spray equipment
- Quality control of the finished product
- The ability to troubleshoot and problem solve issues with coatings
- Operation and maintenance of the spray booth
