Great Floors is a subsidiary of Artisan Design Group. Artisan Design Group (ADG). The ideal candidate will have experience as a Carpenter, Cabinet Service Technician, or Cabinet Installer. In this role, you will work to service and repair cabinets, moldings, trim, and handle any touch-ups or adjustments needed on job sites. This is a full-time, in-person, non-exempt position based in Nampa, Idaho.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience in the cabinet industry, including construction, installation, repair, adjustment, finish, and staining.
High School education or equivalent.
Ability to present and articulate points clearly and effectively.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and priorities.
Must consistently meet tight deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proactive communication is essential in this role.
Work well in a team environment.
Punctual and reliable attendance.
Computer literate and proficient in MS Office – Excel, Outlook, Word.

Nice To Haves

Experience as a Carpenter, Cabinet Service Technician, or Cabinet Installer.

Responsibilities

Conduct regular job site visits and maintain strong builder relationships.
Inspect completed cabinet installations and ensure quality standards are met.
Perform cabinet measurements, adjustments, repairs, replacements, and touch-ups.
Identify and resolve installation and warranty issues.
Coordinate replacement parts and maintain accurate service documentation.
Communicate project status and outstanding issues with internal teams and customers.
Deliver materials and provide field support as needed.
