About The Position
Big C Lumber in Fort Wayne, IN location is seeking a Cabinet Builder for our custom mill shop. This is a full-time position with benefits. Big C Lumber is a local, family-owned company looking for people who want to be a part of our family. We are a stable 105-year-old company!
Requirements
- Carpentry experience is helpful, but not required
- Ability to routinely lift, carry, and move 80 lbs
- Ability to coordinate as well as work in a team
- Basic math skills
Responsibilities
- Participate in the entire cabinet building process from start to finish
- Identify and pull correct materials required for job
- Ensure work area is clean, safe, and well-organized
- Assist other employees as needed with their jobs
- Communicate clearly, accurately, and effectively with employees, management, customers, and suppliers
- Perform any special assignment/projects as required by the mill manager
