About The Position

HPM Building Supply is seeking to hire a full-time Cabinet Assembly Specialist in Kapolei, Hawaii. The Cabinet Assembly Specialist constructs high-quality kitchen and bath cabinetry according to production specifications, quality standards, and customer requirements. This role includes reading shop drawings, assembling cabinet components, operating hand and power tools, and ensuring finished products meet quality and finish standards prior to delivery.

Requirements

Valid Hawaii Driver's License, Medical Certificate, and Class 3 license required to operate vehicles with a Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) of 18,000 pounds or less.
Ability to lift 75 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, and reach for the duration of a shift (8-10 hours).

Nice To Haves

Experience in cabinet assembly, woodworking, or a related manufacturing environment preferred.
Experience with kitchen and bath cabinetry (frameless and face-frame construction) is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

Constructs high-quality kitchen and bath cabinetry according to production specifications, quality standards, and customer requirements.
Reads shop drawings.
Assembles cabinet components.
Operates hand and power tools.
Ensures finished products meet quality and finish standards prior to delivery.
