Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, or similar experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate woodworking machines such as power saws, jointers, planers, and shapers to cut and shape wood parts.
• Trim joint components to ensure a snug fit.
• Bore holes for screws or dowels.
• Glue, fit, and clamp parts and subassemblies together to form complete units.
• Drive nails or other fasteners into designated joints to reinforce them.
• Sand and scrape surfaces and joints in preparation for finishing.
• Install hardware such as hinges, catches, and drawers.
• Follow safety and workplace policies.
• Foster a culture that values family, innovation, collaboration, and empowerment.
