About The Position
Out of the Woods in Layton, Utah is looking for dependable, detail-oriented team members to join our cabinet assembly team! This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in woodworking, construction, manufacturing, assembly, or cabinetry - or someone who simply enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in quality craftsmanship.
Requirements
- Experience in cabinetry, woodworking, manufacturing, assembly, construction, or related fields preferred
- Comfortable using hand tools and power tools
- Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a warehouse environment
Responsibilities
- Assembling cabinets using finished wood components and hardware
- Installing drawer slides, doors, drawer fronts, and accessories
- Reading blueprints, work orders, and measurements
- Using hand tools, power tools, and woodworking equipment
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace
- Working closely with teammates and communicating with professionalism and respect
- Loading and unloading cabinets
- Delivering products safely to job sites
- Operating company vehicles responsibly
- Interacting professionally with customers onsite
