About The Position

The Cabin Services Agent is responsible for the safe and efficient cleaning of aircraft cabins. Duties include preparing cleaning solvents, vacuuming, sweeping, dusting, and disinfecting cabin areas; correctly storing solvents and depositing soiled linens in laundry bins; and ensuring cleaning equipment is in working order and protective clothing is worn as instructed. The role also involves operating small specialized commercial vehicles and maintaining a safe and secure work environment in accordance with local health, safety, and security policies and procedures. Work is performed both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions, and the schedule may include variable shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Possess and maintain a valid US driver's license.
• Pass all pre-employment testing, including drug testing and a physical.
• Proficiently read, write, and speak English.
• Be comfortable repeatedly lifting 70 lbs.
• Obtain and maintain all required airport and Customs badges or seals.
• Be available and flexible to work variable shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Work both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Learn quickly and understand and carry out oral and written instructions, requesting clarification when needed.
• Have strong interpersonal skills.
• Work as part of a team and build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Remove blankets and pillows and replace them with clean ones.
• Store cleaning solvents correctly after use.
• Ensure cleaning equipment is in working order and wear protective clothing as instructed.
• Deposit soiled linens into laundry bins.
• Follow Menzies uniform guidelines and code of conduct.
• Operate small specialized commercial vehicles.
• Maintain a safe and secure work environment in accordance with local health, safety, and security policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
