About The Position

As a Cabin Services Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that the aircraft cabin is prepared for flights efficiently and safely, paying meticulous attention to every detail. Your responsibilities will include maintaining the cleanliness and readiness of the cabin, restocking supplies, and performing essential security checks. Ideal candidates will have at least one year of cabin cleaning experience. Requirements

  • Minimum age of 18 and possession of a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
  • Previous airline cabin cleaning experience required.
  • The ability to obtain airport security clearance, which includes a comprehensive 10-year employment, criminal record, and residence background check.
  • If work location is in the United States, must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.
  • If work location is in Canada, must have authorization to work in Canada as defined by the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) of 2001.

Nice To Haves

  • At least one year of cabin cleaning experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a crew of agents on each assigned flight to ensure that all duties are carried out in an efficient manner, and all airline and company policies are followed.
  • Remove trash and debris from seats, seat pockets, and ensure seat belts are properly arranged.
  • Clean and sanitize aircraft galleys and lavatories, restocking supplies as needed.
  • Conduct thorough security searches on assigned aircraft.
  • Replenish in-flight magazines, safety cards, and personal sickness bags.
  • Empty lavatory tanks and refills as required.
  • Be flexible and willing to perform any other tasks or responsibilities as required by the company to meet operational needs.
