This role involves leading a team of cabin agents to ensure thorough aircraft cleaning according to company guidelines and specifications. The position requires ensuring cleaning supplies are ready for each arrival, adhering to EPA and company procedures, and maintaining compliance with TSA and FAA regulations. The Cabin Service Lead is responsible for consistently meeting company and customer standards and expectations. The role requires the physical ability to perform essential job functions, including standing, lifting, bending, stooping, walking, crawling, pushing, and pulling up to 70 pounds regularly, as well as ascending/descending jet-way stairs. The individual must be able to understand and react to verbal and visual commands and warnings, work outdoors in various weather conditions, and be comfortable with jet and machinery noises. Proper Personal Protective Equipment must be worn.
