About The Position

As a Cabin Sales Advisor / Designer, you'll work with customers interested in custom cabins, garages, workshops, and lifestyle structures. You'll guide them from their first inquiry through design, proposal, contract, and deposit. This is not a retail sales position. This is a consultative sales role where customers are making significant investments in their property and lifestyle. Your job is simple: Connect. Discover. Design. Close. If that excites you, you'll fit right in. If you're looking for a guaranteed paycheck regardless of performance, this probably isn't the role for you.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience with a track record of achieving results.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Confidence discussing high-value purchases and investments.
  • A competitive mindset and desire to earn based on performance.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
  • Coachable and willing to follow a proven sales process.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable managing multiple opportunities at various stages of the sales cycle.
  • Experience using CRM systems and technology.
  • Ability to work Saturdays.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound internet leads, phone inquiries, and walk-in customers.
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer needs, property requirements, budget, and timeline.
  • Design customized cabin and lifestyle structure solutions that align with each customer's vision.
  • Build trust and establish strong customer relationships throughout the sales process.
  • Present proposals, pricing, and financing options.
  • Follow up consistently and professionally until a buying decision is made.
  • Maintain an organized sales pipeline and accurate CRM records.
  • Ask for deposits and signed agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Own the customer relationship from first contact through signed contract.
