About The Position

Unifi is seeking Cabin Cleaners to clean aircraft interiors and lavatories, restock cabin supplies, and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies to support on-time aircraft departures. No prior experience is required, and paid training is provided. The position is based in Arlington, Virginia, and requires rotating shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, as well as overtime. Employees must be willing to work outdoors in potentially severe seasonal weather conditions.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must be able to obtain credentials required by airport, state, or customs requirements.
Must be able to constantly lift, move, push, and pull up to 70 pounds.
Must be able to constantly walk, stand, reach above the shoulder, climb, crawl, stoop, squat, kneel, and bend.
Must be able to work rotating shifts and hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
Must be willing and able to work outdoors in weather conditions that may include severe seasonal elements.

Responsibilities

Carry cleaning equipment and supplies to service aircraft.
Clean seats, floors, tray tables, and galleys, and dispose of trash in designated dumpsters.
Clean aircraft lavatories and empty waste receptacles.
Restock magazines, food, beverages, liquor, and other supplies aboard aircraft.
Perform aircraft security inspections.
Load supplies onto the cabin service truck and return them to the designated area.
Keep the cabin services supply room organized and ensure adequate supplies are available.
Follow all safety procedures, policies, and company operational standards.
Report safety and security incidents and potential hazards immediately in accordance with the Unifi Fair and Just Culture Policy.
Perform other related duties within the skill and experience capabilities expected for the position.
