About The Position

As a Cabana Server, you will craft exceptional beverages and deliver elevated, engaging service in a vibrant outdoor setting. You will play a key role in creating memorable poolside experiences by combining creativity, efficiency, and genuine hospitality in a relaxed yet luxury environment.

Requirements

  • Previous serving experience in a restaurant, lounge, or outdoor/poolside environment preferred
  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service, including cocktails and wine, is an asset
  • ProServe certification (or equivalent) required
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and outdoor conditions
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining Canadian work authorization.

Responsibilities

  • Provide warm, engaging, and professional service to guests in cabanas and poolside areas
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver them in a timely manner
  • Anticipate guest needs and personalize service to enhance the overall experience
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of menu offerings, including food, beverages, and daily features
  • Ensure cabana areas are clean, organized, and set up to luxury standards at all times
  • Handle guest requests and concerns with professionalism and care
  • Process payments accurately using POS systems
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow
  • Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards
  • Other duties assigned
