About The Position

We are looking for motivated individuals in Cabana Attendant position who are available Part-Time from June 2026 to September 2026 (weather dependent) or until the end of the pool season. Requirements

  • Strong customer service & interpersonal skills – A friendly and approachable personality is necessary!
  • Strong de‑escalation abilities in high‑stress or fast‑paced environments. Must remain calm, communicate clearly, and resolve conflict professionally
  • Ability to work in wet, humid, and outdoor conditions
  • Comfortable performing cleaning duties – Including washrooms, showers, changerooms
  • Physically capable – Must be able to lift towels, restock supplies, and perform light maintenance tasks
  • Punctual & reliable – Available to work flexible shifts between 11:45 AM - 8:15 PM, including weekends and holidays. Availability to work all summer long weekends is required.
  • A team player with a positive attitude – Must be professional, well-groomed, and friendly

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a Clean & Sanitary Cabana – Regularly clean change rooms, wet areas, and washrooms.
  • Stock Towels & Toiletries – Ensure fresh towels and necessary supplies are always available.
  • Assist Members & Guests – Provide friendly service, address questions, and enforce club policies.
  • Ensure Safety & Compliance – Monitor cabana rules, minimize hazards, and report maintenance issues.
  • Support the Aquatics Team – Work closely with lifeguards and the Fitness & Aquatics Manager to provide seamless service.
  • Sign-In Management – Ensure all guests sign in for accurate tracking.
  • Respond to Emergencies – Assist in emergencies following Health & Safety training.
  • Report Issues Promptly – Notify management of any sanitary or maintenance concerns.
