Requirements
- SIP certification required or in the process of obtaining within six months
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in workers' compensation claims adjusting
- Strong communication and organizational skills are essential
- Public Entity Experience: Required
Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of 120-130 claims, which may include medical-only and future medical cases
- Handle claims with a focus on public entity experience, including 4850 claims
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management to ensure claims are processed efficiently
- Maintain organized and accurate records of all claims
- Collaborate with management to address challenging client situations
- Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve claims effectively
