About The Position

Global Dimensions is seeking a Senior C4I Analyst for a position in Quantico, Virginia. This role involves conducting daily research and all-source analysis of adversary kill webs, their associated sensors, communications architecture, command and control procedures, targeting processes, and weapon systems, with a focus on threats to Marine Corps equities. The analyst will integrate intelligence from multiple sources, produce written and graphic products, identify knowledge gaps, and disseminate analytical findings. A strong understanding of adversary kill web systems, weapons, and processes is essential, as is the ability to work independently and review analytic products for rigor.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category, with at least some of the experience occurring within the last 2 years.
  • TS/SCI Security Clearance
  • Demonstrates a deep understanding of the labor category activities necessary to fulfill mission requirements.
  • Exhibits mastery in both qualitative and quantitative analytic methodologies and actively engages with academic or other fields that influence tradecraft development.
  • Demonstrates the ability to define new, comprehensive, or unique research approaches that enable thorough assessments and contribute to high-level tasks.
  • Provides in-depth analysis of analytic operations and knowledge management issues across organizational and intra-IC boundaries, clearly articulating key findings.
  • Demonstrates the ability to work independently with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily research and all-source analysis of adversary kill webs and their associated sensors, communications architecture, command and control procedures, targeting processes, and weapon systems, with particular emphasis on those posing a specific threat to Marine Corps equities.
  • Integrate finished intelligence and reporting from multiple intelligence sources into analytical assessments.
  • Produce written and graphic products, including kill web overviews and sensor-to-shooter timelines, as required to disseminate analytical findings in accordance with key intelligence questions specific to adversary kill chain analysis.
  • Identify gaps in Branch and Service knowledge and coordinate with the Branch to address those gaps through research, collection, analysis, and production.
  • Maintain strong writing proficiency and produce timely, relevant formal intelligence products in accordance with Kill Chain Analysis Branch deliberate production planning and in response to ad hoc requests for information.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the systems and weapons comprising the adversary kill web, including Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance systems as well as kinetic and non-kinetic weapon systems.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the adversary kill web process, including targeting cycle, information flow, and decision-making functions.
  • Review analytic products for logical arguments, adherence to tradecraft standards, and sufficient support for conclusions, regularly testing the analytic rigor of products.
