About The Position

Global Dimensions is seeking a Senior C4I Analyst for a position in Quantico, Virginia. This role involves conducting daily research and all-source analysis of adversary kill webs, their associated sensors, communications architecture, command and control procedures, targeting processes, and weapon systems, with a focus on threats to Marine Corps equities. The analyst will integrate intelligence from multiple sources, produce written and graphic products, identify knowledge gaps, and disseminate analytical findings. A strong understanding of adversary kill web systems, weapons, and processes is essential, as is the ability to work independently and review analytic products for rigor.

Requirements

A minimum of 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category, with at least some of the experience occurring within the last 2 years.
TS/SCI Security Clearance
Demonstrates a deep understanding of the labor category activities necessary to fulfill mission requirements.
Exhibits mastery in both qualitative and quantitative analytic methodologies and actively engages with academic or other fields that influence tradecraft development.
Demonstrates the ability to define new, comprehensive, or unique research approaches that enable thorough assessments and contribute to high-level tasks.
Provides in-depth analysis of analytic operations and knowledge management issues across organizational and intra-IC boundaries, clearly articulating key findings.
Demonstrates the ability to work independently with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

Conduct daily research and all-source analysis of adversary kill webs and their associated sensors, communications architecture, command and control procedures, targeting processes, and weapon systems, with particular emphasis on those posing a specific threat to Marine Corps equities.
Integrate finished intelligence and reporting from multiple intelligence sources into analytical assessments.
Produce written and graphic products, including kill web overviews and sensor-to-shooter timelines, as required to disseminate analytical findings in accordance with key intelligence questions specific to adversary kill chain analysis.
Identify gaps in Branch and Service knowledge and coordinate with the Branch to address those gaps through research, collection, analysis, and production.
Maintain strong writing proficiency and produce timely, relevant formal intelligence products in accordance with Kill Chain Analysis Branch deliberate production planning and in response to ad hoc requests for information.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the systems and weapons comprising the adversary kill web, including Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance systems as well as kinetic and non-kinetic weapon systems.
Maintain a thorough understanding of the adversary kill web process, including targeting cycle, information flow, and decision-making functions.
Review analytic products for logical arguments, adherence to tradecraft standards, and sufficient support for conclusions, regularly testing the analytic rigor of products.
