Raytheon is seeking Growth Program Manager for the C3S Portfolio that will also manage some Sentinel programs with a focus on Sentinel Engineering Services program and the Product Support Radar Production program. The PM is responsible for managing the program lifecycle, cost, schedule, and performance. This role interfaces with stakeholders for project specifications to ensure successful completion. The position also coordinates the proposals, business plans, and budgets for programs. In addition, the PM establishes cost-focused performance targets and directs work to achieve these targets. Relocation is NOT currently available.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years’ experience
  • Prior Program/Project Management Experience
  • Prior Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) Experience
  • Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • Proven Industry Program Management experience within the Defense Industry supporting product lifecycle and sustainment support services
  • Demonstrated proficiency with program and financial planning and execution, Estimate at Completions (EACs), EVMS, R&O Management, Integrated Master Plan (IMP) / Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and key business metrics to include Bookings, Sales, Earnings & Cash
  • Raytheon Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) certification and Raytheon Program Management Level 6 certification or ability to obtain within 6 months
  • Demonstrated experience in process improvement
  • Ability to synthesize large amounts of data, identify trends, and make data-driven management decisions
  • Familiarity with management of Raytheon procurement processes
  • Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency with RTX Global Mobility and international program processes
  • Working knowledge of Inter-Organizational Transfer (IOT) support environment
  • Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and technical aptitude with excellent business communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with radars (e.g., Sentinel, Patriot, KuRFS) and/or SMGBAD system (e.g. NASAMS)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with time critical requirements
  • Able to navigate competing priorities and be flexible to constant change
  • Self-motivator who takes ownership and drives resolution of problems in a safe and practical manner
  • Visionary with ability to think broadly and conceptually
  • Existing US Secret security clearance

Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage the Sentinel Engineering Services program and Product Support Radar Production programs within the Sentinel portfolio
  • Lead all aspects of program cost, schedule, and technical execution to drive predictable performance
  • Perform risk and opportunity (R&O) management, to include program revenue and profit recognition, to minimize risk to the organization
  • Hold accountability for profit and loss, Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and financial metric reviews
  • Lead a matrixed and geographically dispersed team across domestic and international locations
  • Regularly interface with internal partners across the Raytheon business
  • Expect to travel domestically no more than 20% of the time
