Requirements

  • Experience in a 3rd shift role.
  • Understanding of quality assurance principles in manufacturing.
  • Ability to detect and address non-conformities and performance shifts.
  • Familiarity with quality plans and guarantee referentials.
  • Customer-focused approach to quality.
  • Mentoring and training capabilities.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with the MDP-GQ framework.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the conformity of delivered products and materials throughout the manufacturing process, allowing for product release.
  • Detect, escalate, and address risky, non-standard, or doubtful situations at the Business Unit level, adapting controls under the MDP-GQ framework.
  • Treat all established non-conformities and performance shifts within the domain with the necessary responsiveness and efficiency.
  • Guarantee the application of quality assurance related to product/material manufacturing, including applying the quality plan and local guarantee referential.
  • Implement and ensure the effectiveness of quality assurance provisions.
  • Reinforce the practice of Quality Approach through attention to customer needs.
  • Assist all operators in gaining quality job competencies through mentoring and training.
