About The Position

Valkyrie Enterprises has a need for a C3BM Logistics and Operations Analyst in Huntsville, AL. In this role, you will be part of the Command, Control, Communications, and Battle Management (C3BM) systems engineering efforts, including engaging in Command, Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC) technical engineering and integration, future concepts, new functionality, and multi-national exchange designs. The position involves optimizing integrated product support, managing assets and inventory, handling global logistics and fielding, program and stakeholder management, analytical reporting, executive communication, and high-value system fielding.

Requirements

BA/BS degree and at least 3+ years of relevant experience
Strategic Planning & Network Design experience: Lead the design and evaluation of long-range logistics strategies aligned with mission objectives. Analyze and improve complex supply chain cost structures and service levels to optimize international asset networks.
Sustain & Audit High-Value Portfolio experience: Manage and maintain the Property Accountability System to track the active status of an extensive, multimillion-dollar portfolio of Government Furnished Property (GFP) and Government Property (GP), ensuring absolute compliance with federal source documentation.
Risk Mitigation & COOP Strategies experience: Assess global logistics risks (e.g., vendor performance, transportation disruptions, single points of failure) and develop robust mitigation strategies and Continuity of Operations (COOP) plans for government defense programs.
Liaison & Collaboration experience: Facilitate weekly and monthly alignment meetings with senior military leaders, key government agencies, and defense contractor executives to review current operations and resolve critical bottlenecks.
Executive Advisory & Reporting experience: Generate comprehensive weekly reports and independent presentations to brief senior agency leadership, influencing critical decisions regarding funding allocation, global fielding, and asset transfers.
Proficient in MS TEAMS, One Note, SharePoint, and Word products.
Active Secret Clearance and the ability to maintain it.

Nice To Haves

Self-starter with capacity to learn in a fast-paced environment, preferred.
Proficiency in MDA C2BMC products and the integration / interfacing with the other MDS assets, to include other space-based intel/DoD systems, preferred.
Proficiency with Enterprise Logistics Management System (ELMS), G-Army or other military service equivalent, preferred.
Work within a collaborative environment composed of Government, prime contractor, sub-contractor and supporting contractor personnel, preferred.
Familiarity with Missile Defense Agency, Ballistic Missile Defense System, and/or C3BM Program Office work efforts, preferred.
A basic understanding of GEN Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and how to apply those skills to assist in process improvement, preferred.
