About The Position

This role focuses on providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction within the Food/Juice Bar area. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean and well-stocked display, preparing various food and drink items, managing inventory, and adhering to all company policies and procedures. The position also involves food preparation, ensuring product freshness and safety, and utilizing suggestive selling techniques to boost sales. Team involvement in interviews and training is also a component of this role.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
High School Diploma or GED
Able to lift pots, pans, etc. up to 40lb.
Minimum 2 to 3 years related high volume cook restaurant experience is preferred

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service, a positive experience, and ensure satisfaction.
Keep cases, shelves, and displays clean and well-stocked, ensuring freshness and quality of products.
Operate equipment and serve products in the Food/Juice Bar area, including preparing juices, coffee, specialty drinks, and smoothies.
Follow Food/Juice Bar procedures for maintaining supplies, storage, coolers, tracking product transfers, and shrink.
Cook and prepare a variety of food products according to the Daily Check List, ensuring proper temperatures and using daily temperature logs.
Stock and maintain sufficient levels of prepared products at the station to assure smooth service.
Ensure all inventory and orders are done in a timely manner.
Follow and comply with all established policies and procedures.
Take part in the interview process for Food Service team members and assist in training all associates.
Communicate effectively and provide clear expectations for assignments.
Ensure all federal, state, and company regulations and standards for product freshness, safety, refrigeration, and sanitation are met.
Maintain standards in shrink, safety, and inventory control.
Use suggestive selling techniques to maximize sales.
