About The Position

HSGI, Inc. is currently on the hunt for an experienced C-130 or UH-60 Aircraft Mechanic for our client location in Greenville, SC. This role involves inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing, overhauling, and modifying C-130 and UH-60 aircraft systems and powerplants in accordance with established written procedures, specifications, and standards. The candidate must be knowledgeable in aircraft systems operation and maintenance, including landing gear, powerplants, flight controls, disassembly, reassembly, rigging, and aircraft movement.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience on C-130 or UH-60 aircraft minimum
• Knowledgeable in aircraft systems operation and maintenance to include landing gear, powerplants, flight controls, disassembly, reassembly, rigging and aircraft movement.
• Engine and Propeller rigging experience
• Must provide shadowed toolbox with etched tools per minimum inventory and specifications as detailed by the company.

Responsibilities

• Inspects, troubleshoots, repairs, overhauls and modifies C-130 and UH-60 aircraft systems and powerplants in accordance with established written procedures, specifications, and standards.
• Performs maintenance on landing gear, powerplants, flight controls.
• Conducts disassembly, reassembly, and rigging of aircraft components.
• Manages aircraft movement.
