Requirements

Ability to interact daily with the Marine Corps customer in a dynamic, fast paced environment, including multi-tasking and prioritizing requirements.
Knowledge of DOTMLPF analysis, Joint Force Requirements Process (JFRP) Capabilities documentation development, Universal Needs, Urgent Universal Needs, Deliberate Universal Needs (UNS/UUNS/DUNS) statements.
Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
Top Secret Clearance

Nice To Haves

Background in Marine Corps Operations, to include MAGTF operations and staff integration desired.
Experience with capabilities development desired.
C-UAS/ UAS/ air defense experience is a plus.
Total Force Structure Management System (TFSMS) Superuser experience is a plus.
Former Action Officer at MCCDC or HQMC with knowledge of Marine Corps operations and staffing processes is a definite plus.

Responsibilities

Provides technical support to the MIB for the development of Marine Corps/Joint capabilities documents and support of the Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution PPBE process.
Ensures the successful execution of C-UAS MIB equities within the Marine Corps and Joint capabilities development systems.
Performs a variety of complex analytical tasks associated with JUONS/ UUNS/ DUNS and JCIDS Documentation on MIB Systems.
Provide technical analysis of proposed systems and review doctrine and documents for MIB concepts and capabilities.
Provide analytical review/assessment of capabilities, gaps, solutions, risks, DOTMLPF-P assessments in coordination with stakeholders and the Fleet Marine Force.
Provide Total Force Structure Management Systems (TFSMS) support and associated technical analysis and administrative coordination.
Provide support and technical expertise for programmatic Test & Evaluation Master Plans (TEMP), Manpower Personnel & Training Assessments (MPTA); Life Cycle Sustainment Plans (LCSP).
Works with stakeholders to solve capability requirements problems by supporting CBA process, Integrated Product Teams (IPT), Working Groups (WGs), responding to RFIs, and providing TTP evaluations/support.
Supports the Branch Head and CIOs with document preparation, e.g., Information Papers, White Papers, Congressional inquiries and stakeholder briefs.
Engage with senior leaders (GS-15/O-6/GO/FO/SES) in support of MIB initiatives.
Responds to taskers and tracks document routing and related actions.
Coordinate meetings and track subsequent action items.
