These responsibilities will be carried out in accordance with aeronautical software certification standards. Requirements

8-12 years’ experience in software development in C++.
Strong Knowledge on the OOPS concepts.
Establish and adhere to coding standards
Ability to create specifications, design, and test documents
Organize document reviews with quality managers
Participate in the planning of software activities
Familiarity in avionics with any one Aeronautical standard: DO-178, DO-330, DO-200...
Experience working in international, cross-functional teams
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in FMS Software life cycle, ARINC 424 and Navigation Databases.
Basic knowledge of Python and SQL.
Ability to mentor and grow team talent
Experience in driving workflow and process improvements within Navigation Database sourcing and packaging
Demonstrated ability to visualize risks and develop mitigation strategies
Positive, proactive, and hands-on approach
Experience working in a time-constrained, dynamic environment
