About The Position

Join Flagler Coop as a full-time C-Store Manager in Flagler, CO! As our C-Store Manager, you will earn $19.00-$19.50/hour. As the C-Store Manager, you drive the C-Store's success by optimizing operations and enhancing customer service. You lead the team by hiring, training, and supervising clerks while ensuring a professional, friendly, and clean environment. You manage inventory with bi-weekly orders, data entry in CS Minder, shelf restocking, and monthly counts, following FIFO and monitoring expiration dates to maximize profitability. You oversee deli food preparation, create weekly specials, and ensure compliance with food safety regulations. Additionally, you handle financial management, cash control, equipment maintenance, store purchasing, and serve as the after-hours contact, all while maintaining certifications and attending operational meetings. Flagler Coop serves the Eastern Plains with essential products and services, including grain, feed, hardware, appliances, and fuel. Requirements

  • Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school
