Requirements

• Able to work 45-50 hour week
• Experience in managing 7+ employees
• Possess an entrepreneurial spirit
• Understand general business concepts
• Be detail-oriented

Responsibilities

• Cross-train in all areas of operation
• Work rotating shifts as needed
• Be responsible for the overall profitability of your store
